Guilty Till Proven Innocent

During this bazaar trial I just have been put through the case worker for 4Kids4Families revealed in court that we are guilty till proven innocent...

What have we come to as a society when that is a part of our training, part of our policies and part of our believe.  Is anyone truly free if that is the case?  Is anyone truly living?  We are now a society of "guilty" parents unwilling to change and undeserving  of justice.  If that is the policy we choose to govern our cities with there is truly no hope for our children.  Not only are we all born sinners in the eyes of the Lord, but we are also guilty without prosecution in the eyes of the land. 

What happens if all you are left with is a pen and a paper to prove your innocence.  Then the only thing we have left is to use the pen and the paper to reach the hearts of those who believe in equal justice for all, who believe in the land of the free and are willing to listen.

I always believed the internet is a great tool.  I was trying to teach my children to use it wisely, to seek the knowledge, not mindless entertainment.  As we begin to challenge the decision of the few to terminate our parental rights I begin to write my story for my children in case I lose the fight against ignorance.  I begin to hope that as my kids grow older and start their personal self-discovery they will search for answers and they will find my name and they will read my thoughts and letters to them.  I hope they get to know me for who I am through reading these passages before they are granted back the freedom to know me in person and have me in their lives. 

The children will pay for the sins of their parents or the son shall not bear the iniquity of the father....the Bible is not quite clear on that message just like I am not quite clear on what clear is anymore.  Clear and convincing evidence is what we are supposed to be judged on.  Clear in my mind is something I can see through and all I saw is the muddy waters of a lot of nasty talk.  My kids are being taught to talk nasty and encouraged to use bad language to make an impression of how bad I am.  What an ignorant way of manipulating a child's mind.  What a cowardly attempt to smother a person's reputation.  Thank God I am not a politician because there would be plenty of dirt to come around. 

Throughout my life I found that greed and jealousy are at the heart of people's hatred for each other.  It appears that many people nowadays misunderstand the parent-child relationship and what it is meant to be.  Kids are taught to grow up entitled and parents are told to cater to their children.  This undermines the whole idea of parenting.  Mental sickness starts with our inability to parent our children due to these new socially acceptable anti parenting  standards. 

One of the Jurors said that she had a DFPS case because she took her daughter to a hair salon and her daughter expressed to authorities that she didn't want to have her hair styled and trimmed.  What nonsense.  As I do understand that the child can express their opinion, but the parent also has an obligation to have their child groomed, nowadays with current DFPS lay laws of prosecution the parent will get prosecuted no matter which way this goes.  

Guilty till proven innocent.  If that is the fact and if it is allowed to remain a fact we will all eventually lose our rights and our ability to parent.  If we already lost the privilege of the free to be free and clear of any conviction unless upon beyond the reasonable doubt conviction than we are not free and it's only a matter of time before the law will get those who still are under impression that they live in the land of the free.

I have not been free since this DFPS case started, I can not talk to my children, I can not reach out to anyone who works with them, I have been alienated over and over with all my attempts to be with or around my kids, or even talk to them freely about freedom and God are undermined by all the "experts".  What's truly funny is that the parenting classes they just put us through clearly state: "Don't listen to all the experts."

Are we raising thinkers or followers, sheep or leaders?  Who is leading us and where?  What is this organization that is undermining its own policies and its own experts, its own service providers and their opinions?  Who are these people that are allowed to state their opinions as a fact or get one statement out of someone else's opinion from 1000 statements that person made and use that as a fact without their presence and questioning them what the context of that statement was.  Who are these people that are allowed to make life altering decisions on behalf of our children, allowed to lie, trick others, fake facts and mislead the Jurors into believing that the rumors are clear and convincing facts. 

Jesus said that his followers will be prosecuted for preaching the word of love and forgiveness and I truly see that Jesus knew it as truth, as to eliminate goodness in this world the core of human kindness has to be eliminated with fear of prosecution, fear of loss of loved once and fear of death.  And in those last moments Jesus still thought of his mother and told his friend to take care of his mother...that is how important his human mother was to him.  Now in 2025 we evolved backwards to believe that the mother can just be eliminated by the law of the land...

Feeling dead while alive is an indescribable feeling... Knowing that your child will not know you are alive until grown if you lose the battle against evil is devastating.  Knowing that there may not be anything you can do to stop this misfortune is terrifying...

In Ukraine we say: hope dies last.  My mother's name is: Hope in Russian.  And I hope and I know she hopes that hope will never die and keep us going strong and having love and faith in kindness, as an unknown author once said: Kindness is like a boomerang always comes back.  I am waiting for my boomerang to come back not only for my sake but for the sake of my children. 

Fight for human rights.  Participate in debates.  Read and educate yourself on the effects of kindness in one's life.  May we all have some kindness in our lives.  May we all be free from judgement and unfair prosecution.  Join the fight for DFPS reform.  This organization has to stop ruining our children's lives.  Promote Innocent Tears Act.  Because if you don't care - who will?

Bill of Rights Optional

In my dealings with DFPS I appear to have no rights.  Not only I have no right to life, liberty, fare prosecution, Grand Jury, being secure in my person, house, property or effects, but I don't even have the right to be silent! Don't even mention second amendment because you will never get your child back!
